Delivery & Returns


We ship all across India, order delivery will take between 10 – 15 business days.

If you have written to us with your product sizes for alteration, please allow an additional 5 working days to deliver your order. Our goal is to deliver your products in 10 – 15 days and we’ll stay in touch with you through the process.

If you need an order by a certain date, please call our customer service at +91 93213 79338 prior to ordering, to check availability.

For International shipping, please get in touch with us on customercare@saphed.com, order delivery will take between 15 – 20 business days.

Sale Items

Please note, items 'On Sale' or on discounted prices as indicated on the product page are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Items purchased before the 'Saphed Friday' or other 'Sale' Period and previously issued Credit Notes cannot be exchanged with Sale items.

Refund & Returns

We reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the our standards. Should we exercise this right, the customer will receive a full refund via the original payment method in 7 – 10 business days.

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we will find a solution for you. Saphed products can be exchanged within 30 days for another size or product of the same or higher value. 

Saphed products must be returned in good condition, with the labels intact. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the safe delivery back to Saphed of all returns, we suggest courier and tracking. Products once exchanged, will no longer be returnable.

Please note, discounted items or custom orders with alterations cannot be returned or exchanged.

At Saphed, we do our best to provide the finest quality of products. Like most natural textiles, our fabrics are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, stretch, shrinkage, fading, or dye-lot variations.
