Delivery & Returns
We ship all across India, order delivery will take between 5 – 7 business days.
If you have written to us with your product sizes for alteration, please allow an additional 2 working days to deliver your order. Our goal is to deliver your products in 7 days and we’ll stay in touch with you through the process.
If you need an order by a certain date, please call our customer service at +91 93213 79338 prior to ordering, to check availability.
Refund & Returns
We reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the our standards. Should we exercise this right, the customer will receive a full refund via the original payment method.
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we will find a solution for you. Saphed products can be exchanged within 30 days for another size or product of the same or higher value. If you choose to delay your purchase, we can issue a store credit for the product amount.
Saphed products must be returned in good condition, with the labels intact. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the safe delivery back to Saphed of all returns, we suggest courier and tracking. Discounted items cannot be returned, however, they may be exchanged for store credit. Kindly be aware, custom orders with alterations and exchange orders are not returnable.
At Saphed, we do our best to provide the finest quality of products. Like most natural textiles, our fabrics are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, stretch, shrinkage, fading, or dye-lot variations.
